Hacha x Vault – Aperitivo de Agave

 

Introducing our latest limited edition bottle – Aperitivo de Agave – made in collaboration with Hacha.

 

This beautiful dry vermouth features across Hacha’s brand new aperitivo menu available in both Dalston and Brixton sites.

 

In the works since last year, we’ve teamed up to create an aperitivo that shines with agave spirits, mixing in harmony with Tequila & Mezcal, opening up plenty of space for creativity.

 

A base wine of English Bacchus has been fortified with two key infusions. One a warm, sweet combination of cacao, fig leaf and cassia; the other a spiced, fragrant blend of white pepper, ginger, lemongrass, liquorice root, black cardamon, wormwood, orange & lemon thyme. A final fresh infusion of pine, thyme and lime peel adds a bright, fragrant and herbaceous bite. The vermouth is then gently sweetened with a minimal amount of organic agave.

 

Spiced notes of ginger and white pepper are vibrant, with a coconut-meets-vanilla sweetness from the fig leaf, and a gentle citrus peel and green bitterness. It’s delicious stirred down with your favourite agave spirit, mixed for twists on classics, or on its own over ice for a low abv aperitif.
