  • Introducing our latest collaborative release with Nottingham’s finest, Alchemilla.

This is a project we started working on early last year, carefully timing our botanical sourcing around a specific window in Spring, championing three core botanicals: blackcurrant wood, cherry blossom and red shiso.

Fast forward to Spring 2026, we took everything we discovered from our previous year’s extensive groundwork and put it into practice; three distinct elements intertwining to create something exceptional.

First, blackcurrant wood. We sourced the young, green, aromatic branches, gently splitting them before infusing in spirit for several weeks. The wood is incredible when fresh, a pungent, earthy blackcurrant depth not dissimilar to the berries those branches were destined to bear.

Next, cherry blossom. A fleeting season lasting just a couple of weeks, we picked the flowers and macerated them for 48 hours at 5 degrees before distilling gently at 30 degrees under vacuum, preserving and capturing the light almond, tonka and rose notes of the flowers.

The final backbone was built around red shiso and its sweet, earthy, spicy profile, itself reminiscent of basil or mint with a mild peppery finish. We complemented this maceration with a host of botanicals including dandelion, jasmine, marigold, sweet clover, cherry wood, wormwood, rose and white pepper.

We brought all of these unique components together, combining with our signature English Bacchus wine, before finishing with a splash of 3-year-old Somerset Cider Brandy and a floral citrus-honey syrup.

This vermouth is a bright, playful semi-sweet white, packed with a vibrant fruit profile. Blackcurrant leads with its stunning green currant bite, complemented by a sweet sakura scent of tonka and rose, green apple and an oak spice, with a gentle shiso peppery, herbaceous and floral finish - bringing you back in for more.

A complete drinking vermouth. Best straight over ice (or with a splash of soda or tall with tonic.) It's also the perfect candidate for a white negroni.

    Contains: Sulphites
