Our take on arancello, made with our friends at Manteca.

 

We sourced a super seasonal mix of oranges from The Todoli Citrus Foundation in Valencia (all made possible by the great team at Shrub Provisions), including Bouquet de Fleurs, Bartoli Bitter, Navel & Tarrocco Blood Oranges.

 

After several weeks in tank, macerating at low temperature, we spiked the stunning aromatic blend with a distillate of bay and rosemary for a gentle, herbaceous finish.

 

This is a beautiful, bright, and zesty arancello, with a fresh and natural orange-packed mouthfeel. Squash for adults.

 

Rustic, unfiltered and finished with minimal sugar.
