Our latest batch of Limoncello. Back by popular demand.

 

As the citrus season draws to a close, we’re taking advantage of the last of it; working with some beautiful fruit from the Todoli Citrus Foundation - specifically the Interdonato variety - a lemon-citron hybrid that originated in Sicily.

 

They’re super zingy, zesty and fragrant and this shines through in the ‘cello. We’ve then spiked it with a splash of a herbaceous and aromatic sage distillate just like the previous batch. The sage is from just opposite the distillery where it grows in abundance.

 

A full and natural mouth feel with lower sugar than traditional styles.
